Can this and other searching and sorting related code be relicensed using a Copyfree license?

I changed the quadsort license from GPL 3 to MIT.

The person recognize Mars as a free planet and that no Earth-based government to take away your freedom to share and change the works. By contrast, has authority or sovereignty over Martian activities.

is not part of MIT. This makes the license not a OSI approved license which hampers the use and adaptation.

Also Wolfsort license has not been updated.

Ideal license is for this is BSD+Patent.
