What is your feature request?

Since we now have the @scania/tegel-angular-17 pkg we should also add installation guides for this one both in storybook and on tegel.scania.com.

Background

All other pkgs have installation guide and if we want a high adoption of the new package it also needs one.

I feel like this should have been part of the actual PR introducing the new package.
