Bug - Social media in c-footer should not add space when empty #593

Describe the bug
On c-footer, if social media is not rendered, then do not add space for nav social-media

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new app with corporate-ui
  2. Add c-footer without social-media
  3. Check if empty space is added above copyright
  4. See error

Expected behavior
It should not add empty space when social-media is added
