GameConqueror: call for translators

[Message to all scanmem/GameConqueror watchers]

In preparation for the v0.17 release, I'd like to call the current (and possibly new) translators to update the current GameConqueror translations, or add new ones.

Current translations:

• Japanese: @kuina (hopefully they are the right user)
• Russian: @ignatenkobrain
• Italian: myself ( @12345ieee ), already done
• Serbian/ME : @vido89 ( #255 )
• Spanish: @salvadorp2001 ( #272 )
• German: @vaelund ( #277 )

I attach a gettext pot template, updated in the last gui commit, 8105a18c20e9a : GameConqueror.pot

In the po folder.

We have Japanese (incomplete), Russian (incomplete), Italian (complete).
