cannot get txo attack/decay params to respond to anything but the first mod bus #2

to reproduce:

in i2c voice setup, set voice 1 to be txo (osc) and select mod bus 8 for the voice
in mod param setup, set attack and decay changes for mod bus 8

expected: txo voice att/dec val changes based on mod bus 8's set values actual: txo voice continues to be based on mod bus 1's set values (any changes to values of mod bus 1 will be reflected in the attack/decay of the voice too)
