Support for code blocks and other sections that shouldn't be touched

I'm not sure if this best done in typogrify or outside of it, but if I 
have a block of code on my page, I want to avoid having typogrify touch 
that block because it can change the meaning of the code, and make it 
harder for people to copy and paste my code.  There probably other areas 
where people would like to opt-out of typogrify for only a few paragraphs 
or divs.  Certainly pre tags would be an obvious first step to look for 
and avoid modifying changes inside the pre tag.
