Set Guidelines #812

Is there a way to set the guides at various points e.g. centre horizontal/vertically on a PowerPoint presentation using python-pptx? I couldn't see anything so I'm guessing perhaps I need to edit the XML which I've copied and pasted below & it seems to be the difference between pptx files
