How to convert text file into netcdf #110

Hi,
I have attached text file that contain global air pressure data, in a 1 degree 
x 1 degree grid.  
The first line is the dimensions of the array (360 x 181), from 0 degree 
longitude to 359 degree.  
The 181 is latitude, from -90 to 90. 

Appreciate if you can assist me how to convert the text file into netcdf.
