Ubuntu 12.04 US English key map #88

Here is the keymap that I used for Ubuntu 12.04.  The -u option didn't appear 
to map correctly.

[A-z] was wrong for me.  Using this key map seems to resolve the problem for me 
too.  I'm using a Dell Latitude E6400 laptop with Lubuntu.

On Ubuntu 13.10 this keymap worked for me where the -u did not.
