would be great having a Nautilus/Caja script - how can it be made

I guess you are talking about the popular Linux file managers but I don't use any Linux GUI so I don't have a clue. My workstations are either Mac or Windows with LSS (Linux Sub System for Windows) because I have many pet peeves with X.
