Debuff removal on `ShootTheMoon` happens after attack damage is applied instead of before #239

How to reproduce

  1. Start a game with Marisa
  2. Enter a fight
  3. hand add ShootTheMoon 1 0
  4. power Thorns 1
  5. Apply the Thorns to an enemy
  6. Use the generated ShootTheMoon card to attack the enemy with Thorns. Despite the card description stating that the buff(s) are removed from the enemy before attack damage is applied, the player takes damage from thorns.
