Various fixes found while updating Scarpe-Wasm to current #434

Description

Add a string-helper module to Scarpe-Components and move Camelize into it
Fix Calzini to allow non-Webview display services properly
Remove old Alert code that isn't used any more
Remove several useless initialize methods that just call super
Test each example for both Calzini and Tiranti.

Ah, right. I hadn't merged the scarpe-wasm PR, because this isn't merged. I'm going to merge this.
