remove twisted, zope, and yaml libraries from repository #20

Jason: "You really should not include twisted, zope, and yaml code in your
repository.  Instead you should just give instructions on how to
download them from their original locations.  It is OK to include them
in your downloads."

They have been removed, and there is now a lib folder where all dependencies 
should
be placed.  Proper instructions will be added shortly
