Added extra detail to data section for SQL, PostgreSQL, and ADT #11

In the PaaS Data section, detect PostgreSQL servers and Azure Digital Twins instances.

For SQL Databases, added extra info for Standard databases on DTU size

Removed duplicate line to count sql databases in the overview query
