Upgrade Mothula fight based on GBC #64

The goal of this is to update Mothula so it moves across a wide room with different attacks for the Mushroom Grotto dungeon.

The mothula sprite and mothula beam sprite will likely need their draw code updated from 8-bit to 16-bit coordinates to allow mothula to move across a horizontal room.

Additionally, mothula should be weak to arrows. The mothula beam could potentially be changed to fire in all cardinal directions rather than just three beams south towards the player.

The original Mothula fight will be replaced with a new custom Manhandla boss.
