Add Zora Child Follower to Zora Temple #68

As apart of an expanded section of the Zora Temple, Link will interact with a Zora Child sprite which can transition to a follower and use her to activate switches. Additionally, a mechanism to transfer the water between rooms should be implemented and activated via the water gate sprite.

The follower + NPC are currently fully implemented as well as the water switch control, however the collision for the water once it has filled the room does not allow Link to swim through it. I will file this as a separate issue.
