Hello. Unfortunately, raw.githubuserconctent.com isn't accessible from China. Can you somehow move it to other domain? Or is there any other way to install it? Thanks.

Not a Dev, but you could do a VPN via the desktop mode to get around the geo restriction. A lot of VPN services offer Linux installs or post their configurations. Or you could configure your router to use a VPN.
