Get a good chunk of ONS community data #17

@danchedgzoy could you add your initial chunk of data to this repo in pipeline\raw?

@danchedgzoy is going to work on this next week and meet with @laurie-platt maybe Friday 16/06/23. As soon as there's a first iteration of the community data that's ready for some data vis, need to have a session with all 3 of us and include @nicmchugh.

@danchedgzoy once you've got your data, but before we get stuck into some data vis, there'll be a data transformation, reshaping stage. For example into a tidy format. Maybe "tidying data" should be a separate issue.
