Ensure Dan C, Nicola, & Laurie installs are consistent. Remember to try and install to user account. See what setup is already documented in CEH and pinsheff.

Nicola up and running. Dan had a problem with tinytex install and is retrying.

Dan couldn't install from command prompt using "quarto install tinytex" but could from R Studio with "tinytex::install_tinytex()"
