mac incompatibility (waitforbuttonpress) #1

Keypresses become non-responsive while clicks still register some time during fiducial or electrode selection stage.

Cannot replicate issue, but repeated keypresses can be enabled by turning off accent selection menu by typing in terminal: defaults write -g ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false
