Add Neuroscan Acquire support #279

This is a simple app that connects to Neuroscan Acquire and streams data to lsl.

We're currently converting the Apps to CMake so this app should also use it (but if you don't want to, I can take a shot at it) and I'll review it more throroughly in the next weeks, but so far it looks great!

There were some other comments the app missed. I'll add them later this week and send you an updated CMake skeleton for Qt projects
