Change the build system of NeuroscanAcquireLSL to cmake #355

I fixed a typo and now use cmake to build the app

Thanks for the PR. I'drather tacke https://github.com/labstreaminglayer/labstreaminglayer/issues/4 first so the CMake configuration doesn't get too big. Also, I've created a repository for the app (https://github.com/labstreaminglayer/App-NeuroscanAcquire), that will then get linked from the "new" main repository (https://github.com/sccn/labstreaminglayer/issues/273)
