• Changes to statistics functionality:

  • Alpha level is now a function parameter

  • CS calculation method changed from fp_tsdata_to_cpsd to data2cs_event_shuf (will be checked by Stefan)

  • Updates to documentation

  • Permutation-based statistics now possible for other CS-based methods: wPLI, aCOH, cCOH, iCOH

  • Prior ROI selection

  • Selection of desired number frequencies (zero padding functionality)

  • Other changes:

  • Single frequency plotting in pop_roi_connectplot and pop_roi_statsplot, addressing #63

  • Minor documentation updates
