Added wPLI to data2spwctrgc for the sake of completeness (wPLI is currently being computed through data2sctrgcmim)
Removed channel selection from test pipeline for now due to persisting error #61
Made shuffling usable even without the Parallel Computing Toolbox
Added low memory option to compute spectral power of voxel activity, though it is very slow. At least, it shouldn't result in Matlab crashes anymore (hopefully). It is recommended to run such code on clusters with enough RAM though to leverage the speed advantage from the parallelization.
