issue with 'handlejitterremoval' option #29

This is a suggestion by Makoto Miakoshi. His comments below.

Attached please find the issue with 'handlejitterremoval' option. Note that Christian told me that this could cause a potential problem (which should be benign compared with having 100 sec offset between EEG and video streams anyway) How to make irregular and missing sampling points uniform in LSL data.pdf
