What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It says you need to have 4.0 on your device.
2. I only have 3.1.3...
3. ...and I don't want to update.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect it working on 3.1.3 firmware. Instead, it crashes upon startup.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I use an iPod Touch 2G MC model with a iPhone OS 3.1.3 firmware.

Please provide any additional information below.

Is there any way to compile it for 3.1.3 or something (I have iPhone SDK 3.1.3 
incase)?
