I'm on iOS 5 too but I've torrented over 30 things without a single problem. It
could be another jailbreak tweak that's causing this. Keep in mind that most
tweaks are not yet iOS 5 compatible.

Add xsellize to cydia sources
Search for Appsync 5 v1.0.2 (not appsync 5+)
Install it even if you have appsync 5+ won't affect it.
Copy URL into itransmissions. Worked for me on iOS 5 ipad1 and iPhone 4

can someone please tell me how this is supposed to work.
when i use the itransmission in app browser, i click on a torrent from a
website. it downloads the torrent and says download complete..... then what...
it doesnt start the torrent? when i go into web interface and try to add the
torrent. the 'browse' thing is greyed out.

I have an iPhone 5 iOS 6.0.1 and whenever I open itransmission up it just
crashes I have no Idea why and its driving me nuts, can somebody please help
