SCDL keeps making the song cut in and out #425

Hello everyone, everytime i download songs using the scdl -l, it downloads everything great but when i listen a song that I downloaded, I keep hearing the audio dip in and out or some sort of cut, is this a bug or a feature? can someone help me out.

and yes I am sure its not me missing with the volume it self neither is it the audio file on soundcloud.

the flags im using is this scdl -l https://soundcloud.com/user/sets/weird-music --download-archive archive.txt -c

Heres the song link, skip to 0:29 and you can notice it cut in and out WARNING THE SONG IS LOUD

I don't hear anything cutting in/out that isn't part of the song. At 00:29, it's doing an arpeggio so it sounds weird compared to the continuous notes before then.

I dont think its a arpeggio, because if you compare the audio file I sent to the soundcloud version here you dont hear the "arpeggio".

I still hear the same thing on both. The only thing I can think of is that maybe you're listening to a higher quality version on SoundCloud and that makes it sound less choppy?

i downloaded the song in high quality with SCDL and I have soundcloud go+ too, so its definitely the file or something else. But I play it on my computer and i here the cut in audio or volume decrease and it happens on another device when I try it.
