Add -s <search_query> command line argument #511

Specify -q instead of -l to use the url of the top result.

In my testing I did experience some rate limiting.

Tests: You will probably want to create a different playlist to use for testing, or make https://soundcloud.com/one-thousand-and-one/sets/test-playlist/s-ZSLfNrbPoXR public so that the search can find it.

I will port this to develop some other day

Thanks for the PR! Something which I think might be useful is to add the ability to specify whether to search for tracks/users/playlists.
