Feature request: tools to build font with SVG data #280

The evolving opentype-svg spec provides for rendering glyphs using SVG data 
from an 'SVG ' table in an opentype font.  We need tools that let us experiment 
with adding SVG data to a font.

Using SVG instead of embedded bitmaps can reduce the size of an emoji font.
