Noto site on tablet doesn't scroll popup contents #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.visit site on tablet (chrome on nexus 10)
2.click on map of Canada to popup list of fonts/languages
3.click on list to scroll to show bottom of list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The map/page scrolls instead. Although it looks like the list in the popup 
should scroll, it doesn't, and you can't see all the items in the list.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome 35.0.1916.141 / android 4.4.4 Nexus 10 Build KTU84P

Better touchscreen support, and responsiveness are on the roadmap.
