Feature request : is it possible to run twine in windows? #275

I would like to use twine while using Android Studio on windows. Is that possible to achieve ? thanks

Hello. Twine should work on Windows no problem. It's just a ruby gem, so you should be able to follow any guides for installing ruby and ruby gems on your version of windows.
