Added start minimized and close with sim options #28

Also changed LRM window bar to black instead of white for comfort

Solves issues #21 #22

It's any chance to merge this PR? Or @RobsonMi can you publish your compiled version for test?

Here is a compiled version. No idea why it's still not merged into release. I would upload to flightsim.to but that's against their policy I believe. Also Newsky just recently got landing rate meter, currently only as in app notification but will soon display it as in sim overlay I hope.

I dont think what it's a problem. It's an opensource, you can put link to original source and post your version as modification.
