Actors are not selectable when it should #126

@Mac1512 found that actor should be selectable here but it's not:

In the script, at the beginning of the game we have this: actorSlotSelectable(OFF), that's why engge does not show the actor selection. But I discovered that Thimbleweed Park does not display either the actor selection but if you put your cursor on the invisible actor selection, it appears.
