Tutorial system does not work anymore #238

Describe the bug When starting a new game in casual, you should have the tutorial system displaying a text and arrows to guide the player.

To Reproduce

  1. Start a new game in casual mode
  2. Wait the end of the intro
  3. You should see the tutorial system
