Missing animation in Trailer alley #269

Describe the bug In trailer alley, the flags on the foreground on the left.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the trailer alley
  2. Watch the lefts flags on the foreground
  3. They don't move 😢

Expected behavior The flags should move.
