We can't hear Reyes say "Body..." #78

When Reyes is writing in the notebook:

21013 Body... 21014 Starting... 21015 {eyes_left}To... 21016 {eyes_left}Pixelate...

The word Body, you don't hear that sound, maybe the engine doesn't load it. https://youtu.be/BDnm120bLNs

If I check the log I can see this: [2020-02-03 21:50:56.555] [log] [error] Can't load the sound REYES_21013.ogg OK I located the issue (in decodeUnbreakableXor), I will fix it.
