Releases update #46

This update will auto-build the releases. It will need to be edited later to check for the version though.

It took me a while to figure out. You guys are going to need to set up the token for actions

@mrbusysky, please be careful with the merge of this one. I drastically simplified the .github/workflows/release.yml file.
