Make Scenery and XtraDimensionVR launchable from Python side (UI) and bundle as PIP installable package that includes a fat jar of the Scenery side

XtraDimensionVR can already be compiled to and launched from a fat jar using shadowJar. Run from bash using: Java filename parameters
Requires the correct version of Java to be installed and for steamVR to be running and working

Need to point to file in an accessible location (home?) (and generate it and place it there if not already done), then run the jar (either passing the location or adding knowledge of its location to XtraDimVR)
