[ ] 4: Promote the software through CellxGene

Have VR widget on page with a description of the software, brief requirements, and an easy installation. Possibly have it download the data one is viewing when clicking the widget and load it in. Easy download access to any tabula muris senis dataset with plug and play functionality.

Have link on site execute a sequence of events locally. Different links depending on part of site the VR is launched from.

Could downsample data in terms of number of cells to 10 or 20% for efficiency if user chooses to from CellxGene https://tabula-muris-senis.ds.czbiohub.org/

Will not run with sciview
run program as fat jar, requiring java to be installed (give command line instructions)
file passed into python script to prepare it for vr -> python script calls java

Small Qt gui for file selection
output file to same directory as sotred jar
launch jar from command line with generated file.
make pip installable
