compass overlay synces strange

Look here (after #285 is merged):

I like the overlay regime! But...

• when arcballing, it seems to move in the opposite direction (showing cam moves, not scene moves)
• reacts only to mouse FPS moves, not to keyboard FPS moves...

I'm wondering, my original intention was to show axes of the scene/world but in the overlay regime we maybe want to show where camera is w.r.t. scene?? Perhaps we should really have only the BDV boxes for the overlay top-left-corner regime -> https://github.com/scenerygraphics/sciview/issues/277
