Off center when expanding inspector #311

To reproduce:

Screenshot from 2020-11-25 10-20-20 note that the scene is centered around a point that is ~1/3 of the renderer panel away from the inspector border instead of 1/2

Perhaps related, then collapse the inspector, and the panel does not update properly:

Ok, I was 1 update behind, so the centering issue is gone, but the redrawing issue when the inspector is collapsed is still there
