Porting Albert's 3d fiji tutorials to sciview #373

Open kephale opened 3 years ago

@acardona wrote some tutorials for Fiji that use 3D viewer and it would be great to port these to work with sciview. He originally reached out about https://syn.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/acardona/fiji-tutorial/#imglib2-morphing

bump @Domino2357 from the gitter discussion

I'm actually suggesting this as a way to demonstrate features/capabilities in the paper's supplemental information.

Just letting @acardona know that this is being discussed in the current sciview hackathon.

This is also an interesting script to port https://forum.image.sc/t/addressing-issues-with-trakem2-loading-meshes-into-the-3d-viewer-under-java-8/23721 (mentioned in https://github.com/scenerygraphics/sciview/issues/167)

@acardona btw, the Copy to clipboard feature in the snippets on https://syn.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/acardona/fiji-tutorial does not copy to clipboard for me (MacOS/Firefox)

This should go here https://github.com/scenerygraphics/sciview-docs instead of sciview
