Adding a node to the scene collapses expanded nodes in tree view #480

When you add a node every expanded node is collapsed.

To reproduce:

  1. Run CREMI demo
  2. Expand the tree node for the Volume while the meshes are being added
  3. The Volume node will be collapsed
