Update SU SDK to 0.5.2064, Update VCRTFowarders to 1.0.5 #4

I made this update using the Nuget Package tool in the Unity Editor.

Application appears to be working as intended after update, i could only test this in PC with 'RunOnDevice' flag off, as i do not have a HoloLens device yet.

I have deleted the branch i will do another pull request from master from fork to master here
