Keep publisher across scenes #86

It's annoying to have to reallow microphone everytime you change scenes.

Doesn't seem like it's possible.

Fixed up the code in 32e1cb2.

Still having issues with opentok spamming the console....

opentok.min.js:57 Rumor.Socket: Rumor Socket Disconnected: Used to indicate that a connection was closed abnormally (that is, with no close frame being sent) when a status code is expected. (CLOSE_ABNORMAL)
