I want to change how I organize and process the calibration files. Currently all the files get put into a single raw subfolder for their type and then I sort the files during the processing step. There are plenty of cases, though, where you'd want to see the files sorted ahead of time.
In addition, I need to sort the files by their frame size in addition to filter/emgain/exptime.
