Does not work with latest version of VehicleInspector #80

hmm, the issue seems to be that I removed Vehicle Inspector 1.75, the issue is as long as that one and Terrafarm is not in the modsfolder at the same time. Very strange issue. VI works alone, but terrafarm does not work without VI if both has been in the modsfolder at the same time.
