Instrument > Import data not aware of selection #3

In the Instrument view, the _right click > import data_ is not aware of the
selected instrument.  Expect to have this instrument pre-selected in the
import wizard.

Also applies to downloading historical data.

A nice nit, but isn't a major problem.  Deferred until after beta.
