Chart switch time frames not resizing #7

When I switch to a small time-frame like min5, then when the chart
repaints, the chart looks like a straight-line since it is sized for the
maxHigh across the entire timeline instead of what is displayed.  Need to
scroll the viewpane for it to properly display.
